Art. 23 Research and development related to the nuclear fuel cycle

Any person who carries out research and development activities related to the nuclear fuel cycle shall:

a.
provide the SFOE each year by 31 March with a description of the activities carried out in the past calendar year;
b.
on request notify the SFOE of the identity of the persons who carry out these activities.

Art. 23 Forschung und Entwicklung im Zusammenhang mit dem Kernbrennstoffkreislauf

Wer Forschungs- und Entwicklungstätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Kernbrennstoffkreislauf durchführt, hat dem BFE:

a.
jährlich bis zum 31. März eine Beschreibung der im letzten Kalenderjahr ausgeführten Tätigkeiten vorzulegen;
b.
auf Verlangen die Identität der Personen offenzulegen, die diese Tätigkeiten ausführen.
