Art. 10 Reporting obligations

The licence holder is required to submit the following reports to the SFOE:

a.
the design information for the facility, the supplementary information on the site, the safeguards by design information in accordance with Annex 2 number 1.1, and the information on substantial modifications to essential equipment;
b.
the inventory and inventory change reports in accordance with Annex 2 number 1.2;
c.
the notifications under Annex 2 number 1.2.

Art. 10 Berichterstattungspflichten

Der Bewilligungsinhaber ist verpflichtet, dem BFE Folgendes einzureichen:

a.
die Auslegungsinformationen zur Anlage, die Zusatzinformationen zum Standort und die Safeguards-by-Design-Informationen nach Anhang 2 Ziffer 1.1 sowie die Informationen über wesentliche Änderungen am Essential Equipment;
b.
die Bestands- und Bestandsänderungsberichte nach Anhang 2 Ziffer 1.2;
c.
die Benachrichtigungen nach Anhang 2 Ziffer 1.2.
