Art. 12 Responsibility

1 Any person who processes classified information is responsible for complying with the regulations on information protection.

2 Superiors shall regularly check compliance with these regulations.

Art. 12 Verantwortung

1 Wer klassifizierte Informationen bearbeitet, ist für die Einhaltung der Informationsschutzvorschriften verantwortlich.

2 Die Vorgesetzten überprüfen regelmässig die Einhaltung dieser Vorschriften.
