The Swiss Federal Council,

based on Articles 10 paragraph 4 second sentence and paragraph 6 third sentence, 15 paragraph 6, 16 paragraph 6 second sentence, 23 paragraph 2, 29 paragraph 2, 47 paragraph 1 and 56 of the Federal Act of 14 December 20121 on the Promotion of Research and Innovation (RIPA), as well as on Article 1 paragraph 5 of the Federal Act of 17 June 20162 on the Swiss Innovation Agency (SIAA),3

ordains:

Der Schweizerische Bundesrat,

gestützt auf die Artikel 10 Absatz 4 zweiter Satz und 6 dritter Satz, 15 Absatz 6, 16 Absatz 6 zweiter Satz, 23 Absatz 2, 29 Absatz 2, 47 Absatz 1
und 56 des Bundesgesetzes vom 14. Dezember 20121 über die Förderung
der Forschung und der Innovation (FIFG)
sowie auf Artikel 1 Absatz 5 des Innosuisse-Gesetzes vom 17. Juni 20162 (SAFIG),3

verordnet:
