Art. 12 Responsible federal authority

1 The Federal Council shall designate the federal office responsible for the information system in accordance with the Federal Act of 19 June 199214 on Data Protection (Federal Office).

2 Authorised laboratories may be connected online with the information system. The Department decides on the connection.

Art. 12 Verantwortliche Bundesbehörde

1 Der Bundesrat bezeichnet das Bundesamt, das im Sinne des Bundesgesetzes vom 19. Juni 199214 über den Datenschutz für das Informationssystem verantwortlich ist (Bundesamt).

2 Die anerkannten Labors können online an das Informationssystem angeschlossen werden. Das Departement entscheidet über den Anschluss.
