Art. 64 Auskunfts- und Meldepflicht bei Übertragung wesentlicher Funktionen

1 Überträgt ein Finanzinstitut wesentliche Funktionen auf andere Personen, so unterstehen diese der Auskunfts- und Meldepflicht nach Artikel 29 FINMAG30.

2 Die FINMA kann bei diesen Personen jederzeit Prüfungen vornehmen.

Art. 64 Duty to provide information and to report in the case of delegation of significant functions

1 If a financial institution delegates significant functions to other persons, these shall be subject to the duty to provide information and to report in accordance with Article 29 FINMASA30.

2 FINMA may conduct audits of these persons at any time.
