1 Ist die Nationalbank zur Erfüllung einer gesetzlichen Aufgabe dringend auf zusätzliche Daten angewiesen, so führt sie zusätzliche Erhebungen durch oder verlangt sie im Rahmen bestehender Erhebungen Daten, die im Anhang zu dieser Verordnung nicht vorgesehen sind. Die Zusatzerhebungen müssen sachlich und zeitlich auf das notwendige Mass begrenzt sein.
2 Die Nationalbank orientiert die betroffenen auskunftspflichtigen Personen
3 Sie erlässt auf Verlangen einer auskunftspflichtigen Person eine Verfügung über die Auskunftspflicht und deren Gegenstand und Umfang gemäss Artikel 52 des Nationalbankgesetzes.
