1 Wer Güter einführen will, für die der Lieferstaat ausdrücklich ein Einfuhrzertifikat verlangt, kann das SECO um Ausstellung des Einfuhrzertifikats ersuchen.
2 Das SECO kann die Ausstellung des Einfuhrzertifikats von der Vorlage von Nachweisen über die beabsichtigte Einfuhr sowie über die Endverwendung der Güter abhängig machen.
1 Any person who wishes to import goods for which the supplying country expressly requires an import certificate may request SECO to issue an import certificate.
2 SECO may make the issue of import certificates conditional on the submission of proof of the intended import and the end use of the goods.
