Art. 1 Zusätzliche dem Gesetz unterstellte Aktivitäten

Zusätzlich zu Artikel 1 Absatz 2 des Gesetzes sind dem Gesetz unterstellt:

a.
die Tätigkeit als Bergführer-Aspirantin oder Bergführer-Aspirant;
b.
die Tätigkeit als Kletterlehrerin oder Kletterlehrer;
c.2
die Tätigkeit als Wanderleiterin oder Wanderleiter.

2 Die Berichtigung vom 7. April 2020 betrifft nur den italienischen Text (AS 2020 1191).

Art. 1 Additional activities to which the Act applies

The Act applies to the following activities in addition to those named in Article 1 paragraph 2 thereof:

a.
the activities of aspiring mountain guides;
b.
the activities of climbing instructors;
c.2
the activities of mountain leaders.
