814.82 Ordinance of 10 November 2004 on the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Chemicals in International Trade (PIC Ordinance, ChemPICO)
Art. 2a Begriffe
Im Sinne dieser Verordnung bedeuten:
- a.
- Chemikalie nach Anhang 1:
- 1.
- ein Stoff, der im Anhang 1 aufgeführt ist,
- 2.
- eine Zubereitung, die einen oder mehrere Stoffe nach Anhang 1 in einer Konzentration enthält, die dazu führt, dass die Zubereitung im Sinne von Artikel 3 ChemV8 als gefährlich gilt;
- b.
- Chemikalie nach Anhang 2:
- 1.
- ein Stoff, der im Anhang 2 aufgeführt ist,
- 2.
- eine sehr gefährliche Pestizidformulierung, die im Anhang 2 aufgeführt ist,
- 3.
- eine Zubereitung, die einen oder mehrere Stoffe nach Anhang 2 in einer Konzentration enthält, die dazu führt, dass die Zubereitung im Sinne von Artikel 3 ChemV als gefährlich gilt.
Art. 2a Definitions
In this Ordinance:
- a.
- chemical in accordance with Annex 1 means:
- 1.
- a substance listed in Annex 1,
- 2.
- a preparation that contains one or more substances in accordance with Annex 1 in a concentration that means that the preparation is deemed hazardous in terms of Article 3 ChemO8;
- b.
- chemical in accordance with Annex 2 means:
- 1.
- a substance listed in Annex 2,
- 2.
- a severely hazardous pesticide formulation listed in Annex 2,
- 3.
- a preparation that contains one or more substances in accordance with Annex 1 in a concentration that means that the preparation is deemed hazardous in terms of Article 3 ChemO.
