Art. 27 Voraussetzungen für die Erteilung der Bewilligung für die Entnahme von Blut

¹ Wer eine Bewilligung für die Entnahme von Blut für Transfusionen oder zur Herstellung von Arzneimitteln nach Artikel 34 HMG beantragt, muss nachweisen, dass:

a.: die Voraussetzungen nach Artikel 3 erfüllt sind;
b.: die fachtechnisch verantwortliche Person die Anforderungen nach den Artikeln 5 und 6 erfüllt und eine medizinische oder naturwissenschaftliche Hochschulausbildung sowie die für die Blutentnahme notwendige wissenschaftliche und medizinische Erfahrung besitzt;
c.: die Entnahme von Blut nach den GMP-Regeln nach Anhang 1 erfolgt;
d.: die Sorgfaltspflichten nach den Artikeln 28–38 eingehalten werden.

Art. 27 Conditions for granting a licence for the collection of blood

¹ Any person applying for a licence to collect blood for transfusion or the manufacture of medicinal products in accordance with Article 34 TPA must prove that:

a.: the conditions described in Article 3 have been fulfilled;
b.: the Responsible Person fulfils the conditions of Articles 5 and 6 and has a university degree in medicine or a life science and the scientific and medical experience needed to collect blood;
c.: blood is collected in compliance with the GMP rules described in Annex 1;
d.: due diligence is exercised as described in Articles 28–38.
