1 Die Förderleistung zugunsten von Fernsehveranstaltern mit Abgabenanteil beträgt höchstens 80 Prozent ihrer anrechenbaren Aufwendungen.
2 Das UVEK bestimmt die förderungswürdigen Fernsehproduktionsverfahren.
3 Es gelten die Bestimmungen nach Artikel 50 und 51, soweit dieser Artikel keine abweichenden Regeln vorsieht.
