1 Die Registerbetreiberin hält alle Aktivitäten bezüglich Registrierung, Zuteilung, Änderung, Transfer, Ausserbetriebsetzung und Widerruf von Domain-Namen in einem Tätigkeitsjournal fest.
2 Sie bewahrt die entsprechenden Daten und Belege während zehn Jahren ab Widerruf eines Domain-Namens auf.
3 Jede Person, die ein überwiegendes legitimes Interesse glaubhaft macht, hat das Recht, die Akten des Tätigkeitsjournals bezüglich eines spezifischen Domain-Namens einzusehen. Die Registerbetreiberin legt die technischen und administrativen Modalitäten der Einsicht fest. Sie kann für die Einsicht eine Vergütung verlangen.7

1 The registry shall enter in a log the activities in connection with the registration and allocation of domain names, changes thereto, transfers thereto, decommissioning and revocations thereof.
2 It shall archive the data entered and the corresponding supporting documentation for ten years starting from the revocation of a domain name.
3 Any person who credibly claims to have an overriding legitimate interest has the right to consult the file in the activities log relating to a specific domain name. The registry lays down the technical and administrative methods of consultation. It may request a fee for allowing consultation.7
