1 Für das Verfahren gelten die Artikel 271, 272 und 274–279 StPO42 sinngemäss.
2 Bei der Notsuche werden die überwachten Personen abweichend von Artikel 279 StPO so bald als möglich informiert.
3 Der Bund und die Kantone bezeichnen die anordnende Behörde, die Genehmigungsbehörde und die Beschwerdeinstanz. Die Anordnung der Überwachung bedarf der Genehmigung durch eine richterliche Behörde.
