1 Der Bundesrat regelt, wie die Anbieterinnen von Fernmeldediensten die Daten nach Artikel 21 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a und Artikel 22 Absatz 2 erster Satz erfassen müssen.
2 Er regelt die Form und die Aufbewahrung der Auskunftsbegehren.
3 Er kann vorsehen, dass die Daten nach den Artikeln 21 und 22 den Behörden nach Artikel 15 jederzeit im Abrufverfahren zugänglich sein müssen.39

1 The Federal Council shall regulate how providers of telecommunications services must record the data pursuant to Article 21 paragraph 1 letter a and Article 22 paragraph 2 first sentence.
2 It shall regulate the form and retention of information requests.
3 It may provide that the data referred to in Articles 21 and 22 be made accessible online at all times to the authorities referred to in Article 15.39
