Art. 16

1 Die Kantone erstatten dem BAFU regelmässig Bericht über ihre technischen Massnahmen zur Verminderung der CO2-Emissionen von Gebäuden.

2 Der Bericht muss Angaben enthalten über:

a.
die getroffenen und die geplanten CO2-wirksamen Massnahmen und deren Wirkung; und
b.
die Entwicklung der CO2-Emissionen der Gebäude auf dem Kantonsgebiet.

3 Die Kantone stellen dem BAFU auf Verlangen die notwendigen Unterlagen zum Bericht zur Verfügung.

Art. 16

1 The cantons regularly report to the FOEN on technical measures for reducing CO2 emissions from buildings.

2 The report must contain information regarding:

a.
the CO2 measures taken and planned and their effectiveness; and
b.
the progression of CO2 emissions from buildings within the canton.

3 On request, the cantons make available to the FOEN all necessary documents that form the basis of the report.
