Art. 134a Koordination mit der Europäischen Union

Das BAFU unterstützt die Europäische Kommission im Rahmen von Artikel 11 des EHS-Abkommens354. Es übermittelt ihr insbesondere die dafür notwendigen Informationen.

Art. 135 Amendments to the Annexes

DETEC shall amend:

Annex 2: in accordance with the criteria of Article 6 paragraph 2 of the CO2 Act;
