1 Kantone, Gemeinden und private Organisationen beteiligen sich an der Durchführung von «Jugend und Sport». Der Bund kann dazu Leistungsverträge abschliessen.
2 Die Kantone bezeichnen eine Behörde, die für die Durchführung von «Jugend und Sport» zuständig ist.
1 The cantons, communes and private organisations shall participate in conducting the «Youth and Sport» programme. The Confederation may conclude service agreements.
2 The cantons shall designate an authority responsible for conducting the «Youth and Sport» programme.
