192.12 Federal Act of 22 June 2007 on the Privileges, Immunities and Facilities and the Financial Subsidies granted by Switzerland as a Host State (Host State Act, HSA)
Art. 19 Begünstigte
In den Genuss von finanziellen Beiträgen und anderen Unterstützungsmassnahmen können kommen:
- a.
- Begünstigte nach Artikel 2;
- b.
- internationale Nichtregierungsorganisationen (5. Kap.);
- c.
- Vereine und Stiftungen, deren Aktivitäten den Zwecken nach Artikel 18 dienen.
Art. 19 Beneficiaries
Financial subsidies and other support measures may be granted to:
- a.
- the beneficiaries referred to in Article 2;
- b.
- international non-governmental organisations (Chapter 5);
- c.
- associations and foundations whose activities serve the purposes set out in Article 18.
