Art. 4 Aufgaben des provisorischen Büros

¹ Das provisorische Büro:

a.: prüft, ob die Wahlen der Mehrheit der Mitglieder des Rates unangefochten geblieben oder für gültig erklärt worden sind, und stellt, wenn diese Voraussetzung erfüllt ist, dem Rat Antrag auf Feststellung seiner Konstituierung;
b.: prüft, ob bei den neu gewählten Mitgliedern des Rates Unvereinbarkeiten nach Artikel 14 Buchstaben b–f ParlG vorliegen, und stellt dem Rat gegebenenfalls Antrag auf Feststellung der Unvereinbarkeit;
c.: ermittelt, bis das neue Büro gewählt ist, das Ergebnis von Wahlen und Abstimmungen im Rat.

² Die übrigen Aufgaben des Büros werden bis zur Wahl des neuen Büros durch das Büro der ablaufenden Amtsperiode wahrgenommen.

Art. 4 Tasks of the Provisional Bureau

¹ The Provisional Bureau shall:

a.: verify whether the elections of the majority of council members have remained uncontested or have been declared valid, and if so, propose that the Council declare that it is constituted;
b.: verify whether any of the newly elected members of the council are subject to the incompatibility provisions of Article 14 letters b-f ParlA, and, if applicable, propose a declaration of incompatibility;
c.: ascertain the results of the votes and elections in the Council, until the new Bureau is elected.

² The other tasks of the Bureau are carried out by the outgoing Bureau of the previous legislative period until the new Bureau is elected.
