Art. 34 Incumbensas

depositar ed administrar tecnicamain investiziuns collectivas da chapital;
b.
administrar ina societad d’investiziun a chapital variabel (SICAV).

Art. 34 Tasks

In addition to conducting activities in accordance with the present Act, the fund management company may perform the following other services, in particular:

a.
the safekeeping and technical management of collective investment schemes;
b.
the administration of an investment company with variable capital (SICAV).
