¹ En il sectur da las abitaziuns secundaras ha il ARE il dretg da far recurs tenor las disposiziuns generalas davart l’organisaziun giudiziala.

² Las autoritads che concedan las permissiuns da construcziun communitgeschan al ARE:

a.: las permissiuns per novas abitaziuns, ch’ellas concedan sa basond sin ils artitgels 7 alinea 1 litera b, 8 e 9 da la lescha;
b.: las disposiziuns da sistida tenor l’artitgel 14 da la lescha;
c.: permissiuns da construcziun per abitaziuns che han ina restricziun d’utilisaziun sistida.

Art. 10

¹ ARE has a right of appeal on matters relating to second homes in accordance with the general provisions on the administration of federal justice.

² The building authorities shall notify ARE of the following:

a.: building permits for new homes that they have granted on the basis of Articles 7 paragraph 1 letter b, 8 and 9 of the Act;
b.: suspension orders in accordance with Article 14 of the Act;
c.: building permits for homes with a suspended restriction on use.
