Art. 18 Producziun, reparaziun e transfurmaziun a titel professiunal

Ina permissiun per il commerzi cun armas dovra, tgi ch’exequescha ina da las suandantas activitads a titel professiunal:

a.
producescha armas, parts essenzialas d’armas u parts d’armas construidas spezialmain, accessoris d’armas, muniziun u elements da muniziun;
b.
modifitgescha parts d’armas ch’èn essenzialas per la funcziun u per l’effect da l’arma; u
c.
reparescha u modifitgescha armas da fieu, lur parts essenzialas u lur parts construidas spezialmain, accessoris d’armas, muniziun u elements da muniziun.

57 Versiun tenor l’art. 2 dal COF dals 11 da dec. 2009 davart l’approvaziun e la realisaziun dal barat da notas tranter la Svizra e la CE concernent la surpigliada da la directiva 2008/51/CE per midar la directiva davart las armas, en vigur dapi ils 28 da fan. 2010 (AS 2010 2899; BBl 2009 3649).

Art. 18 Commercial manufacture, repair and conversion

A weapons trading permit is required by any person who commercially:

a.
manufactures weapons, essential or specially designed weapon components, weapon accessories, ammunition or ammunition components;
b.
modifies weapon parts that are essential to its functioning or impact; or
c.
repairs or converts firearms, their essential or specially designed weapon components, weapon accessories, ammunition or ammunition components.
