Art. 43 Durada; publicaziun

1 La permissiun vegn concedida per 5 onns; ella po mintgamai vegnir prolungada per 5 ulteriurs onns.

2 La concessiun, la prolungaziun, la midada, la privaziun e la nunprolungaziun da la permissiun vegnan publitgadas.

Art. 43 Term; publication

1 Authorisation is granted for five years; on expiry, it may be renewed for the same term.

2 Notice of the granting, renewal, modification, withdrawal and non-renewal of such authorisation shall be published.
