Art. 16 Programs per l’integraziun da persunas cun impediments

1 La Confederaziun po realisar programs che servan ad integrar meglier persunas cun impediments en la societad.

2 Ils programs pon pertutgar en spezial ils suandants secturs:

a.
furmaziun;
b.
activitad professiunala;
c.
abitar;
d.
transport da persunas;
e.
cultura;
f.
sport.

3 La Confederaziun po sa participar a tals programs d’organisaziuns activas sin plaun naziunal u sin plaun d’ina regiun linguistica, en spezial cun agids finanzials.

Art. 16 Programmes for the integration of persons with disabilities

1 The Confederation may conduct programmes to promote the integration of persons with disabilities into society.

2 The programmes may relate to the following matters in particular:

a.
education;
b.
employment;
c.
housing;
d.
personal transport;
e.
culture;
f.
sport.

3 The Confederation may participate in such programmes where they are offered by national organisations or organisations in specific language regions, in particular by providing financial assistance.
