Chi intende usare il titolo professionale di «consulente in brevetti europei», «europäische Patentanwältin» o «europäischer Patentanwalt», «conseil en brevets européens» o «european patent attorney» deve essere iscritto nell’elenco dei mandatari accreditati tenuto dall’Ufficio europeo dei brevetti.
Any person who uses the title “European patent attorney”, “europäische Patentanwältin” or “europäischer Patentanwalt”, “conseil en brevets européens” or “consulente in brevetti europei” must be registered in the list of professional representatives maintained by the European Patent Office.
