Art. 165f Sistema d’informazione centrale sui trasferimenti di sostanze nutritive

1 L’UFAG gestisce un sistema d’informazione per registrare i trasferimenti di sostanze nutritive nell’agricoltura.

2 Le aziende che cedono sostanze nutritive registrano tutte le forniture nel sistema d’informazione.

3 Le aziende che ritirano sostanze nutritive confermano tutte le forniture nel sistema d’informazione.

4 Nell’ambito dei loro compiti legali, i servizi e le persone seguenti possono accedere online ai dati del sistema d’informazione:

a.
l’UFAM: per sostenere l’esecuzione della legislazione sulla protezione delle acque;
b.
le autorità cantonali di esecuzione e i servizi da esse incaricati di effettuare controlli: per l’adempimento dei compiti nel loro rispettivo ambito di competenza;
c.
il gestore interessato da questi dati;
d.
i terzi autorizzati dal gestore.

Art. 165f Central information system for the movement of fertilisers

1 The FOAG operates an information system for recording the movement of fertilisers in agriculture.

2 Farms that provide fertiliser are obliged to record all deliveries in the information system.

3 Farms that receive fertiliser are obliged to record all deliveries in the information system.

4 As part of their legal obligations, the following agencies and individuals can download data from the information system:

a.
the FOAG: for support in implementing legislation on water protection;
b.
the cantonal executive authorities and agencies mandated by them to carry out checks: to fulfil their assigned tasks in the relevant area of responsibility;
c.
the farmer, for data that concerns him or her;
d.
third parties who have authorisation from the farmer.
