1 Il divieto di modificare la destinazione e di frazionare i terreni, l’obbligo di manutenzione e di gestione, nonché l’obbligo di rimborso devono essere menzionati nel registro fondiario.
2 Il Cantone ordina d’ufficio l’iscrizione della menzione.
3 Il Consiglio federale può prevedere deroghe all’obbligo di menzione. Disciplina le modalità di cancellazione di quest’ultima.
1 Entries shall be made in the land register concerning the ban on change of use and division, the mandatory maintenance and appropriate use and the repayment obligation.
2 The cantonal authorities shall inform the land registry ex officio.
3 The Federal Council may allow exceptions regarding the mandatory entries in the land register. It shall also regulate on the deletion of such entries.
