Art. 8 Compiti degli organi d’esame

1 Gli organi d’esame svolgono gli esami e rilasciano gli attestati di competenza.

2 Notificano all’Ufficio federale della sanità pubblica (UFSP) gli attestati di competenza con le seguenti indicazioni:

a.
cognome e nome;
b.
data di nascita;
c.
trattamenti permessi secondo l’allegato 2 numero 1.

Art. 8 Responsibilities of the examining bodies

1 The examining bodies shall conduct examinations and issue the certificates of competence.

2 They shall notify the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) of the certificates of competence issued, including the following details of the recipient:

a.
name and first name;
b.
date of birth;
c.
treatments the recipient is permitted to carry out in accordance with Annex 2 Number 1.
