814.681 Ordinance of 26 September 2008 on the Charge for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (OCRCS)

Art. 9 Principio

1 In conformità con l’articolo 32e capoversi 3 e 4 LPAmb, la Confederazione concede ai Cantoni indennità per:

a.
l’indagine, la sorveglianza e il risanamento di siti inquinati;
b.
l’indagine, la sorveglianza e il risanamento di siti inquinati negli impianti di tiro; e
c.
l’indagine di siti che risultano non inquinati.

2 La Confederazione concede indennità anche per una parte chiaramente delimitabile di un sito inquinato, se tale parte soddisfa le condizioni per l’indennità e se ciò non intralcia o non impedisce altri provvedimenti.

Art. 9 Principle

1 The Confederation shall pay subsidies to the cantons under Article 32e paragraphs 3 and 4 EPA for:

a.
the investigation, monitoring and remediation of polluted sites;
b.
the investigation, monitoring and remediation of polluted sites at shooting ranges; and
c.
the investigation of sites that are not found to be polluted.

2 It shall also pay subsidies for a clearly defined area of a polluted site if that area fulfils the requirements for a subsidy and further measures are not made more difficult or impossible.
