814.01 Federal Act of 7 October 1983 on the Protection of the Environment (Environmental Protection Act, EPA)
Art. 12 Limitazione delle emissioni
1 Le emissioni sono limitate da:
- a.
- valori limite;
- b.
- prescrizioni di costruzione e attrezzatura;
- c.
- prescrizioni di traffico o d’esercizio;
- d.
- prescrizioni sull’isolazione termica degli edifici;
- e.
- prescrizioni su combustibili e carburanti.
2 Le limitazioni sono prescritte da ordinanze o, per i casi che non vi sono contemplati, da decisioni fondate direttamente sulla presente legge.
Art. 12 Limitation of emissions
1 Emissions are limited by issuing:
- a.
- maximum emission values;
- b.
- regulations on construction and equipment;
- c.
- traffic or operating regulations;
- d.
- regulations on the heat insulation of buildings;
- e.
- regulations on thermal and motor fuels.
2 Limits are prescribed by ordinance or, in cases where an ordinance makes no such provision, by rulings based directly on this Act.
