810.31 Federal Act of 19 December 2003 on Research Involving Embryonic Stem Cells (Stem Cell Research Act, StRA)
Art. 13 Obblighi della direzione di progetto
1 Prima di svolgere progetti di ricerca con cellule staminali embrionali la direzione di progetto è tenuta a notificarli all’Ufficio.
2 Essa è tenuta a:
- a.
- notificare all’Ufficio e alla competente Commissione d’etica la conclusione o l’interruzione del progetto;
- b.
- dopo la conclusione o l’interruzione del progetto ed entro un congruo termine:
- 1.
- riferire sui risultati all’Ufficio e alla competente Commissione d’etica,
- 2.
- rendere accessibile al pubblico un riassunto dei risultati.
Art. 13 Duties of the project manager
1 The project manager must notify the Federal Office of the research project involving embryonic stem cells before it is carried out.
2 The project manager is required:
- a.
- to notify the Federal Office and the competent ethics committee of the completion or discontinuation of the project;
- b.
- within an appropriate period after the completion or discontinuation of the project:
- 1.
- to report the results to the Federal Office and the competent ethics committee,
- 2.
- to make a summary of the results publicly available.
