1 Chiunque espone un impianto di radiocomunicazione che non soddisfa le condizioni richieste per la sua messa a disposizione sul mercato deve indicare chiaramente che questo non è conforme alle prescrizioni e che non può essere messo a disposizione sul mercato o messo in servizio.
2 Chiunque intende installare ed esercitare per dimostrazione un impianto di radiocomunicazione che non soddisfa le condizioni richieste per la sua messa a disposizione sul mercato deve ottenere la necessaria concessione (art. 30 OUS37).38
3 Sono fatti salvi gli articoli 22 OPBT39 e 22 OCEM40.

1 Any person exhibiting radio equipment that does not fulfil the conditions required for making it available on the market must clearly indicate that the equipment is not in conformity with the regulations and that it may not be made available on the market or put into service.
2 Any person who wishes to install and operate for demonstration purposes radio equipment that does not meet the requirements for being made available on the market must obtain the required licence (Art. 30 RFSO39).40
