Art. 17 Referendum ed entrata in vigore

1 La presente legge sottostà a referendum facoltativo.

2 La presente legge entra in vigore simultaneamente alla legge sulle poste del 17 dicembre 201014. Il Consiglio federale può anticipare l’entrata in vigore delle disposizioni necessarie alla trasformazione.

Art. 17 Referendum and commencement

1 This Act is subject to optional Referendum.

2 It comes into force together with the Postal Services Act of 17 December 201015. The Federal Council may bring certain provisions into force at an earlier date where necessary for the change of legal form.

Commencement date: 1 October 201216
