1 I membri del SISI, il personale dell’ufficio d’inchiesta e i periti esterni sono tenuti al segreto d’ufficio.
2 Per i membri del SISI, il Dipartimento federale dell’ambiente, dei trasporti, dell’energia e delle comunicazioni è l’autorità superiore competente per sciogliere dal segreto d’ufficio (art. 320 n. 2 del Codice penale15).
