1 Se il materiale bellico per il quale è stato rilasciato il certificato di importazione non è importato in Svizzera, il certificato deve essere restituito alla SECO37.
2 Se il certificato di importazione non può più essere richiesto all’autorità estera o se solo una parte del materiale bellico notificato è importato, l’importatore deve darne comunicazione scritta alla SECO entro il termine fissato per l’importazione del materiale.
37 La designazione dell’unità amministrativa è stata adattata in applicazione dell’art. 16 cpv. 3 dell’O del 17 nov. 2004 sulle pubblicazioni (RS 170.512.1). Di detta mod. è tenuto conto in tutto il presente testo.
1 If war materiel in respect of which an import certificate has been issued is not imported into Switzerland, the import certificate must be returned to SECO.
2 If the import certificate cannot be retrieved from the foreign authority or if only part of the authorised war materiel has been imported, then the importer must notify SECO38 of this in writing before the expiry of the period allowed for the import of the materiel.
