1 La segreteria comunica l’apertura dell’inchiesta mediante pubblicazione ufficiale.
2 La comunicazione menziona l’oggetto e le persone inquisite e indica inoltre che i terzi devono annunciare entro 30 giorni se intendono partecipare all’inchiesta.
3 L’omissione della pubblicazione non impedisce gli atti d’inchiesta.
1 The Secretariat gives notice of the opening of an investigation by way of official publication.
2 The notice states the purpose of and the parties to the investigation. It further contains an invitation to third parties to come forward within 30 days if they wish to participate in the investigation.
3 Failure to give notice does not prevent any investigative measures.
