1 Chiunque può consultare il registro, ottenere informazioni sul suo contenuto e chiedere estratti; è fatto salvo l’articolo 26.
2 Chiunque ha inoltre il diritto di prendere visione del fascicolo relativo ai design registrati. Il Consiglio federale può restringere il diritto alla consultazione soltanto se vi si oppongono segreti di fabbricazione o di affari o altri interessi preponderanti.
3 A titolo eccezionale il fascicolo può essere consultato prima dell’iscrizione a condizione che questo non abbia effetti sulle condizioni e sull’estensione della protezione (art. 2–17). Il Consiglio federale disciplina i dettagli.
1 Any person may inspect the Register, obtain information on its contents and request extracts from it; Article 26 remains reserved.
2 In addition, any person may inspect the files of a registered design. The Federal Council may restrict the right of inspection only if manufacturing or trade secrets or other overriding interests so require.
3 Exceptionally, the files may be inspected prior to registration, insofar as the requirements and scope of protection (Art. 2−17) are not affected. The Federal Council shall regulate the details.
