Art. 777b III. Documenti giustificativi

1 Il pubblico ufficiale menziona nell’atto costitutivo i singoli documenti giustificativi e attesta che sono stati esibiti a lui e ai promotori.

2 All’atto costitutivo devono essere acclusi:

lo statuto;

la relazione sulla costituzione;
3.
l’attestazione di verifica;
4.
l’attestazione di deposito dei conferimenti in denaro;

i contratti riguardanti i conferimenti in natura;

Art. 777c IV. Capital contributions

1 On foundation, a cash deposit corresponding to the full issue price must be made for each capital contribution.

2 In addition, the provisions on companies limited by shares apply to:
