Art. 1046 b. Di chi ha pagato

Chi ha pagato la cambiale può ripetere dai suoi garanti:

1.: la somma integrale sborsata;
2.: gli interessi sulla somma calcolati al tasso del sei per cento dal giorno del disborso;
3.: le spese sostenute;
4.: la provvigione di non più del due per mille.

Art. 1047 c. Right to take possession of bill, protest and receipt

¹ Any party liable on a bill against whom a recourse claim is or may be made is entitled to insist that the bill of exchange together with the protest and a receipted invoice be handed over to him against payment of the recourse amount.

² Any endorser who has honoured the bill may delete his endorsement and those of the subsequent endorsers.
