1 Le misurazioni riconosciute provvisoriamente devono essere sostituite da un primo rilevamento conformemente alle presenti disposizioni.
2 Fatto salvo il capoverso 3, le misurazioni riconosciute definitivamente devono essere rinnovate.
3 Il DDPS stabilisce quali misurazioni riconosciute definitivamente, allestite sulla base delle disposizioni anteriori al 10 giugno 1919, debbano essere sostituite da un primo rilevamento conformemente al nuovo regime.
4 Per le misurazioni riconosciute definitivamente, la cui rete dei punti fissi non è stata stabilita nel sistema di coordinate nazionali, i lavori d’adattamento di tale rete alle nuove disposizioni equivalgono a un primo rilevamento.
5 Le misurazioni riconosciute secondo le disposizioni della presente ordinanza sono considerate misurazioni secondo il nuovo regime.92

1 Provisionally approved surveys must be replaced by an initial survey (resurvey) in accordance with the new regulations.
2 Definitively approved surveys must be renovated subject to the reservation of paragraph 3.
3 The DDPS regulates which definitively approved surveys carried out under the regulations in force before 10 June 1919 must be replaced by initial survey (resurvey) in accordance with the new regulations.
4 In definitively approved surveys based on control point networks that are not in the national coordinate system, the adjustment of the control network to satisfy the new regulations is deemed to be equivalent to an initial survey.92
5 Surveys approved in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance are considered to be valid surveys under the new regulations.93
