Art. 25 Assoggettamento a emolumenti

Sono soggette a emolumento le seguenti prestazioni dell’UFG:

a.: il rilascio di informazioni come pure la ricezione, l’esame e la trasmissione di comunicazioni, rapporti e decisioni delle competenti autorità centrali cantonali ed estere, nonché di altre autorità pubbliche o di uffici di collocamento;
b.: l’adozione di tutte le misure necessarie per permettere la partenza del minore dal suo Paese d’origine o il suo arrivo nel Paese di accoglienza e il suo soggiorno permanente in quest’ultimo, compresa la sua sistemazione;
c.: il rilascio di un documento d’entrata secondo l’articolo 10 LF-CAA.

Art. 25 Obligation to pay fees

The following services provided by the FOJ are subject to a fee:

a.: the provision of information as well as the acceptance, examination and transmission of communications, reports and decisions of the responsible cantonal and foreign central authorities as well as of other state agencies or adoption agencies;
b.: the taking of all the measures required to arrange to departure of the child from the country of origin or his or her entry into the receiving state and his or her permanent residency together with accommodation there;
c.: the issue of an entry document in accordance with Article 10 HCAA.
