192.12 Federal Act of 22 June 2007 on the Privileges, Immunities and Facilities and the Financial Subsidies granted by Switzerland as a Host State (Host State Act, HSA)
Art. 6 Condizioni generali
Possono essere accordati privilegi, immunità e facilitazioni ai beneficiari istituzionali:
- a.
- che hanno la sede principale o una sede sussidiaria in Svizzera oppure esercitano un’attività in Svizzera;
- b.
- che perseguono uno scopo non lucrativo di utilità internazionale;
- c.
- che esercitano un’attività nell’ambito delle relazioni internazionali; e
- d.
- la cui presenza sul territorio svizzero presenta un interesse particolare per la Svizzera.
Art. 6 General requirements
An institutional beneficiary may be accorded privileges, immunities and facilities if:
- a.
- it has its headquarters or a branch in Switzerland or carries out activities in Switzerland;
- b.
- its purposes are not for profit and are of international utility;
- c.
- it carries out activities in the sphere of international relations; and
- d.
- its presence in Switzerland is of special interest to Switzerland.
