1 L’Istituto federale della proprietà intellettuale (IPI)4 è uno stabilimento di diritto pubblico della Confederazione con personalità giuridica.
2 L’IPI è autonomo a livello di organizzazione e gestione; esso tiene una contabilità propria.
3 L’IPI è gestito in base a principi economico-aziendali.
