Art. 25 Cofirmatari

1 Le iniziative parlamentari e gli interventi possono essere firmati da più deputati. Ne è considerato autore il primo firmatario.

2 L’autore può ritirare l’iniziativa o l’intervento anche senza il consenso dei cofirmatari.

9 Introdotto dal n. I della D del CS del 4 mag. 2020 (Deliberazioni in una sede diversa dal Palazzo del Parlamento), in vigore dal 4 mag. 2020 sino a che il CS non tornerà a riunirsi nel Palazzo del Parlamento (7 set. 2020) (RU 2020 1605; FF 2020 3911).

Art. 25 Co-signatories

1 A parliamentary initiative or procedural request may be signed by more than one council member. The member signing first is considered the author.

2 The author may withdraw the initiative or request without approval of the co-signatories.
