Art. 57 Pubblicazione dei dati relativi alle votazioni

1 Il sistema di voto elettronico conta e registra i voti emessi durante ogni votazione. I voti dei deputati e il risultato della votazione appaiono su tabelloni elettronici.

2 Il presidente comunica il risultato della votazione.

3 Il risultato è pubblicato sotto forma di elenco nominativo.52

4 Sull’elenco nominativo si menziona per ogni deputato se:

a.
ha votato «sì»;
b.
ha votato «no»;
c.
si è astenuto;
d.
non ha partecipato al voto; o
e.53
è scusato; è considerato scusato il deputato che, al più tardi entro l’inizio della seduta, ha annunciato la sua assenza per l’intera durata della stessa a causa di un mandato conferitogli da una delegazione permanente conformemente all’articolo 60 LParl, a causa di un decesso avvenuto nella stretta cerchia familiare o a causa di maternità, paternità, infortunio o malattia.54

Art. 57 Publication of voting data

1 The electronic voting system counts and stores data on the votes cast at each vote.

2 The President announces the result of the vote.

3 The result of the vote is published in the form of a list of names.52

4 On the list of names, an indication is given for each member of the Council if he or she:

a.
voted yes;
b.
voted no;
c.
abstained;
d.
did not participate in the vote; or
e.53
is excused; a person is excused when he or she has given notice of his or her absence for the entire sitting by the start of the sitting at the latest due to being on business for the standing delegations in accordance with Article 60 ParlA or due to the death of a close relative, maternity or paternity leave, accident or illness.54
