1 Dopo lo spoglio, il governo cantonale annuncia per scritto e senza indugio agli eletti l’avvenuta elezione e comunica i loro nomi al Consiglio federale.
2 Al più tardi entro otto giorni da quello dell’elezione, il Cantone pubblica nel Foglio ufficiale i risultati concernenti tutti i candidati e, se del caso, tutte le liste e indica i rimedi di diritto.94
3 I risultati delle elezioni per la rinnovazione integrale, delle elezioni suppletorie e di quelle complementari sono pubblicati nel Foglio federale. Tali risultati sono pubblicati integralmente anche in forma elettronica.95 96
4 Trascorso il termine di ricorso (art. 77 cpv. 2), il Cantone trasmette immediatamente il processo verbale alla Cancelleria federale. Nei dieci giorni successivi, le schede sono trasferite al luogo indicato dalla Cancelleria federale.97

1 After the results have been established, the cantonal government shall immediately inform those elected of their election in writing and shall advise the Federal Council of the names of those elected.
2 The canton shall publish the results obtained by each candidate and, where applicable, each list in the official cantonal gazette within eight days of the polling day at the latest, making reference to the right to contest the result.92
3 The results of general, supplementary and by-elections shall be published in the Federal Gazette.93 They shall also be published in full in the online version of the Federal Gazette.94
4 The canton shall send the election report to the Federal Chancellery immediately following the expiry of the period allowed for lodging an appeal contesting the election (Art. 77 para. 2). The ballot papers shall be delivered to the location appointed by the Federal Chancellery within ten days of the expiry of the period allowed for lodging an appeal contesting the election.95
