Preambolo

L’Assemblea federale della Confederazione Svizzera,

visto l’articolo 85 numero 1 della Costituzione federale1;
visto il messaggio del Consiglio federale del 26 febbraio 19972,

decreta:

Preamble

The Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation,

based on Article 85 section 1 of the Federal Constitution1,

and having considered the Federal Council Dispatch dated 26 February 19972,

decrees:
