Art. 94 Définitions

¹ Par améliorations foncières, on entend:

a.: les ouvrages et installations de génie rural;
b.: la réorganisation de la propriété foncière et des rapports d’affermage.

² Par bâtiments ruraux, on entend:

a.: les bâtiments d’exploitation;
b.: les bâtiments alpestres;
c.¹³⁷: les bâtiments communautaires construits dans la région de montagne par des producteurs et servant au traitement, au stockage et à la commercialisation de denrées produites dans la région.

Art. 94 Terms

¹ Land improvement includes:

a.: underground engineering works and installations in rural areas;
b.: the reorganisation of land ownership and tenancy conditions.

² Agricultural buildings include:

a.: farm buildings;
b.: alpine farms and barns;
c.¹³⁸: communal buildings in mountain areas that have been erected by farmers for preparing, storing and selling local produce.
