1 La Confédération peut mettre à la disposition des cantons des fonds destinés à financer une aide aux exploitations paysannes.
2 Les cantons peuvent accorder une aide à ce titre aux exploitants d’une entreprise paysanne, afin de remédier ou de parer à des difficultés financières qui ne leur sont pas imputables ou qui résultent d’un changement des conditions-cadre économiques.113
3 L’octroi de fonds fédéraux est subordonné au versement d’une contribution cantonale équitable. Les prestations de tiers peuvent être prises en considération.

1 The Confederation may provide funds to the cantonal authorities for support for farmers.
2 The cantonal authorities may grant farmers support for their farm in order to alleviate or prevent financial hardship incurred through no fault of their own or due to changed economic circumstances.115
3 Intervention through federal funding is conditional on appropriate financial participation by the cantonal authorities. Any contribution from third parties shall be taken into account.
